Victor Agadjanian, Foundation Distinguished Professor of Sociology, conducts research on social and demographic change in developing and transitional settings, including work on migration, sexual and reproductive behavior, gender, ethnicity, and religion. He has directed several large projects funded by the National Institutes of Health, United States Agency for International Development, and other agencies in sub-Saharan Africa and Central Eurasia.
